Packages & Rentals

The venue includes 10 round tables, 9 banquet tables, additional tables for guest seating up to 150 guests, 150 brown cross-back chairs, decorative tables, 3 whiskey barrels, various backdrops, and an extensive collection of decorations and flowers.

Alcohol fee is $300, to be allowed to serve beer and wine at the barn. You are also required to have event insurance. We recommend americanspecialtyinsurance.com The cost of insurance is around $130 and must include serving alcohol at your event. 


Decorating Package Add-on for weddings and special events

Outdoor Assisted Decorating

$400

$400 outside decorating added to inside decoration package:

With the assistance of at least four of your friends/family, we will help with the setup of all decorations outside the barn. 

This service includes the use of our decorations. Additionally, if you have your own decorations, we will assist in setting those up as well. 

Please note that some cleanup will be required with this package. 


Full Service Decoration Package

Indoor Decorating Package: $1200


Arrive at your event to find your vision brought to life. When the event concludes, you can leave without any cleanup duties. We will handle all aspects of decorating and cleanup, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your day without any worries.


Full Service Outdoor Add-On Option: $400

Enhance your package by adding decorating and setup of the outdoor area for an additional $400.
