$400 outside decorating added to inside decoration package:

With the assistance of at least four of your friends/family, we will help with the setup of all decorations outside the barn. 

This service includes the use of our decorations. Additionally, if you have your own decorations, we will assist in setting those up as well. 

Please note that some cleanup will be required with this package. 

Indoor Decorating Package: $1200

Arrive at your event to find your vision brought to life. When the event concludes, you can leave without any cleanup duties. We will handle all aspects of decorating and cleanup, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your day without any worries.

Full Service Outdoor Add-On Option: $400

Enhance your package by adding decorating and setup of the outdoor area for an additional $400.

Full Length Tablecloths: $10

These are not included with the decorations.

Bring your own photographer and use the barn for $50 per hour.

Alcohol Service & Insurance Requirements

In accordance with Idaho Code § 23-934A, all alcohol service must be provided by a licensed vendor operating under a valid catering permit for service at our venue.

All events are required to carry event liability insurance. If alcohol is being served, the policy must include host liquor liability coverage. We recommend WEDSURE, with policies starting at approximately $125.

Sunday-Thursdays (Minimum 4 Hours)

Additional $100/hour after the first 4 hours

ADD ON: $300 for decorating and clean up
